The place is 20 km from the airport and has recently renovated rooms with a fridge, high ceilings, and ample closet space, along with very friendly staff.

The hotel had a very central location right in the city centre, appreciated this place. There were quiet beds and central heating, a work desk, and television in the triple room...

The venue exceeded high expectations. Everything was brand, new at this small hotel. I booked a fairly quiet and bright room with a safe, TV, and a seating area. All of the staff were understanding and courteous. the location was favorable, just a pleasant stroll away from a world, famous opera house. Greatly enjoyed their downstairs bar. Rewritten review: I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Pension Lumes , Self Check In in Vienna. the venue went above and beyond my expectations with everything being brand, new. I booked a lovely room that was quiet and bright, equipped with a safe, TV, and a seating area. the staff were all friendly and attentive. the location was ideal, just a short walk from a famous opera house. I particularly loved spending time at their cozy downstairs bar.

It is nice, clean and quite place in the center of Vienna. Hotel staff good and helpful.

Receptionist was awful. Had to wait 10 minutes at arrival for anyone to appear, then she did not apologise and spoke no English. Room was cold. Room was light early in the morning due to lack of adequate curtains. I found someone's dirty socks in the cupboard.

The staff were extremely helpful the whole time. My double room with a refrigerator, high ceiling, and closet space was new-fashioned.

what to say.!! ? everything is bad. Start from the out door. you should have a key to inter . Elivator carries only 3 person !!! we are family !!! need to go to appartment twice or use chairs!!!. the door of the apartment is very old . !!! beleive it or not it may be more than 50 years old with a manual bell !!!!! everything in the apartment is very old and crached . Everybody should walk sloley !!! because the building is moving up and down. You will not beleive if I said I can drop the cup from the table even I am far more than 3 meters if I jump three times !!!. I does not recommend any to stay at this hotel !!!.. The price : 240EURO per day is too expensive. it should be 50 EURO. it is written in booking this is a 4 star hotel !!!!!! I gave it less than one star. !!!! Please please check this before reserving in the hotel specially the apartments.!! regards

This place has a fantastic location right in the heart of the city.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was comfortable. The staff was helpful. Our washing machine wasn't working the first night and they actually did a load of laundry for us at no charge!

This pension is in a building with offices and private apartments so the entrance is locked. It was not easy initially to identify how to get into the building and where the reception was even if you spoke or read German. Improved signage is warranted.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Great location.

Was kind of loud at night when parties whooped it up under our window, but you will get that in most places where people party.

The staff were knowledgeable and very generous. the double room was impressive and bright. the bed was very clean, great night sleep. the hotel has a central setting, adjacent to the downtown, main city centre, and St Stephen's Cathedral.
